Aqrawi & Associates Law Firm is seeking a skilled Personal Injury Trial Attorney to join our fast-growing, client-focused litigation team. The job duties are as follows:
-Manage the full litigation process for personal injury cases from inception through trial, including investigation, discovery, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy
-Conduct thorough legal research using tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw to support case strategies and stay current on relevant laws and regulations
-Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, and trial briefs with precision and clarity
-Engage in negotiations with insurance companies, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders to secure favorable settlements when appropriate
-Prepare clients for depositions, mediations, and trial proceedings by providing comprehensive legal guidance and support
-Present compelling cases at trial by developing persuasive arguments, examining witnesses, and utilizing effective courtroom techniques
-Maintain meticulous case records, manage deadlines efficiently, and ensure compliance with all legal administrative requirements
Compensation and Benefits Package

Requirements
To be considered for this position, applicants must meet all of the following:
-Active Texas law license with at least 5 years of practice in Texas
-Minimum 3 years of personal injury experience (plaintiff-side preferred)
-Documented trial experience (first-chair or significant second-chair trial involvement)
-Strong legal writing, oral advocacy, and negotiation skills
-Ability to manage a litigation docket independently
-Commitment to client communication and high-quality representation
