Description

Schroeter Goldmark & Bender has an immediate opening for a full-time lateral attorney with at least 8-10 years of experience and a background in one or more of the following practice areas: complex litigation, toxic or mass torts, medical malpractice, and crime survivor representation (e.g., sexual assault, abuse, trafficking). We are looking for someone with demonstrated litigation and trial skills, who can work up complex cases and see them through trial. In addition to having courtroom experience, the applicant must be a strong writer and have demonstrated experience with summary judgment motions, appeals, or other complex motions. The applicant must be licensed in Washington or be able to become licensed in Washington within 6 months. This is a hybrid role that includes a three day/week in office schedule on Monday, Thursday, and a flex day.
