Montgomery Law, PLLC, is excited to celebrate its continued growth by adding additional full-time Associate Attorneys to its team. The below outlines both the requirements and the benefits of the positions, and we welcome inquiries regarding the same.
The successful candidate will be able to meet the following responsibilities and duties:
Trial of personal injury cases sitting first chair;
Mediations;
Draft and file petitions;
Prepare discovery;
Deposition preparation with plaintiffs, depositions of defendants, depositions of experts;
Ability to brief and prepare Managing Partner for mediations;
Review of expert affidavits, hearings, and trial transcripts;
Handle contested motions and write Stowers demands;
Negotiate settlements for litigation;
Research and synthesize relevant case law and statutes;
Provide excellent customer service.

Requirements
Licensed Member, in good standing, with the State Bar of Texas.
Team-oriented.
Self-motivated individual who’s reliable and works hard & efficiently.
Preferred Experience:
Civil Litigation Experience
Two years of trial experience at a personal injury law firm.
Experience serving diverse clientele, ie bilingual.
UBE Bar passage.
