The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced North Carolina-licensed litigator who wants real ownership over their cases and the flexibility to work primarily from home while handling sophisticated litigation matters across the state.

What You’ll Do
Manage your own litigation matters with minimal supervision
Draft high-quality pleadings, discovery, motions, briefs, and legal memoranda
Conduct and defend depositions
Appear in court and argue motions and hearings
Develop case strategy and advocate assertively for clients
Collaborate with colleagues in a respectful, team-oriented environment
Travel within North Carolina will be required for court appearances, depositions, meetings, and site visits. Volume of travel depends on the caseload.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
Active North Carolina law license
At least 5 years of civil litigation experience
Strong courtroom presence and oral advocacy skills
Excellent legal research and writing abilities
Demonstrated experience drafting pleadings, discovery, and dispositive motions
Experience taking depositions and handling court appearances
Substantive experience in at least one of the following:
Construction law
Real estate law
Business litigation
Contract law
A proven ability to meet or exceed billable expectations
Professional judgment, integrity, and a client-first mindset
