Seeking an experienced Massachusetts lawyer with 2-8 years of environmental law, land use, real estate, energy, or climate related litigation in Massachusetts courts.  

Trial, discovery, and motion practice are essential qualifications. Experience in federal courts or agency adjudicatory hearings would be a plus.

Ours is a small, established law firm in Boston, the oldest such boutique firm in Massachusetts, with a close-knit staff with many years of broad experience.

A candidate must like litigation, be good at it, and handle all types and stages of lawsuits. We welcome a lateral transfer or landing here from government.
