Description

Hill Ward Henderson, an AV-rated, Tampa, Florida law firm seeks a qualified litigation attorney. Candidates must have 3-6 years of substantive experience in litigation, preferably commercial and real estate litigation.  The position involves a diverse practice to include real estate litigation, commercial litigation, and probate/fiduciary litigation.

Requirements

The position requires a strong work ethic, excellent academic credentials, strong communication skills, written and verbal advocacy skills, and client development potential. The preferred candidate will have the ability to manage a number of different cases and assignments with varying degrees of magnitude and complexity, have experience handling court hearings and depositions, and possess some trial experience.  The position requires a collaborative and team-focused approach to client service.
