Ziemer Stayman Weitzel & Shoulders, LLP (Evansville, Indiana) is seeking an experienced litigation attorney (Partner or Associate level) to join the firm. Applicants should have at least 2–5 years of civil litigation experience, including managing cases from initial investigation through discovery, motion practice, mediation/settlement negotiations, and trial. Experience litigating matters in both state and federal courts is preferred. Familiarity with business, commercial, tort, construction, insurance, or other complex civil disputes is a plus, but not required. Compensation is commensurate with experience.
