Description

We are seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney with a deep background in First-Party insurance cases.  This roles is ideal for a seasoned litigator who can independently manage complex files and confidently take cases from initial investigation through trial.

Requirements

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience handling First Party insurance litigation
• Proven ability to manage cases from inception through trial
• Strong deposition experience (taking and defending)
• Skilled in drafting and arguing motions, including dispositive motions
• Demonstrated trial readiness and ability to present insurance claims to a jury
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to develop and execute litigation strategy independently
• Experience managing discovery, hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations
• Ability to handle a high volume, fast paced litigation docket
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Licensed and in good standing in the relevant jurisdiction(s)
