PRH Labor Law is seeking an experienced attorney to join our growing firm.  We are a boutique law firm focusing exclusively on management side labor and employment law. We are a collaborative, tight-knit team dedicated to providing high-quality counsel to both public and private sector employers and non-profits across Oregon.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

      At least 3 years of experience practicing employment and labor law

      Strong background in counseling employers on workplace issues, including:

o   Wage and hour compliance

o   Leave laws (FMLA/OFLA)

o   Disability accommodation

o   Discrimination and retaliation avoidance

      Excellent communication and client service skills

      Oregon State Bar membership (or eligibility for reciprocal admission)

      Experience with labor negotiations is a plus

What You'll Do:

      Advise HR professionals, managers, and executives on day-to-day employment matters

      Provide legal guidance in fast-paced, high-stakes situations

      Help clients navigate evolving state and federal regulations

      Collaborate with our attorneys on a wide range of labor and employment issues
