Minimum Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor degree and licensed to practice law in the State of Ohio. Will consider
individuals who are currently awaiting bar results.
Hours:
Full-Time, Monday – Friday, 7:30 A.M – 4:30 P.M
Salary:
Entry level starts at $70,000 and increases commensurate with experience.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Represent over 60 county agencies, departments, and townships in a variety of civil
legal matters. - Draft legal opinions, contracts, and other legal documents; provide practical and
proactive legal advice to public officials. - Appear in court proceedings at various levels, including local, appellate, and federal
courts. - Work closely with other attorneys and public servants in a collaborative and supportive
team environment. - Embrace opportunities for hands-on learning and real-time problem-solving.
- Be a flexible, resourceful professional who enjoys working on a team and contributing to
shared goals.
