Description

    Job Description
o    Draft correspondence and legal documents such as pleadings, briefs, affidavits, motions, and settlement documents.
o    Conduct legal research in a variety of family law contexts
o    Prepare for and attend hearings and other legal proceedings, including depositions, final and pretrial hearings, case management and status conferences, and settlement negotiations.
o    Meet with clients.

Requirements

    Job Requirements
o    Must be a licensed attorney in good standing
o    Must have at least 3 years of experience in Domestic Relations/Family Law
o    Experience litigating cases is a plus
o    Proficiency in conducting legal research
o    Highly organized and comfortable handling multiple cases at once
o    Strong writing and communication skills
o    Great attention to detail when conducting legal research and drafting pleadings
o    Ability to commute/relocate to Columbus, Ohio 43201 before starting work
