Advise clients on regulatory counseling, fraud & abuse compliance. Conduct witness interviews & develop comprehensive evidential records & case strategies. Oversee doc. review & prod. processes. Prepare detailed investigative repts., talking pts., presentations, correspondences w/ regulators. Prepare & revise applicable motions & briefs. $310,000 per year.
