Requirements

Current and valid license to practice law in the State of Ohio

Strong demonstrated work ethic

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Willingness to live and work in the community

Interest and willingness in continuing to build local firm's strong existing practice and reputation

Interest in having involvement in local community organizations

Ideal candidate would have some experience handling civil lawsuits/litigation in a first or second chair capacity

1 to 2 years experience as licensed attorney but new law school graduates considered
