Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Business and Real Estate Associate with 5–7 years of corporate and transactional experience to join our team. In this role, you will work directly with firm partners on a diverse range of corporate matters, including entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, financing, and real estate transactions. You will draft and negotiate corporate contracts and real estate documents, providing strategic counsel to our clients.

Requirements

5–7 years of experience in corporate and transactional law at a law firm.
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar.
Exceptional presentation and client-facing skills.
Strong work ethic, interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Excellent research and writing abilities
Proven ability to manage multiple projects across various disciplines
