Description
Honeywell Law Firm, PLLC is seeking an associate attorney with experience or interest in education law, special education law, labor and employment law, or construction law. The candidate should have experience and/or a general understanding of New York State practice, the representation of public entities, Federal and State education laws impacting K-12 students, workplace discrimination and harassment matters, employee termination and discipline matters, contract and labor negotiations, grievance and arbitration proceedings, and Federal and State employment and construction laws, etc.
A successful candidate has the ability to interact with multiple clients on a daily basis, manage multiple cases independently including the requisite legal research, be strategic and detail oriented, has excellent writing and communication skills, and is admitted to practice in the State of New York.
Honeywell Law Firm, PLLC offers an excellent and competitive compensation and benefits package along with the opportunity for growth and advancement within the firm. Salary offered will be commensurate with experience and will range from $70,000 - $90,000+.
