Sila Family Law, a boutique firm based in Hinsdale, Illinois, is seeking a full-time Associate Attorney (1–2 years of experience) to join our growing practice.

We focus on high-net-worth divorces, pre and post-nuptial agreements, parentage (custody and child support), relocations, and business valuation matters. Our approach is both strategic and compassionate — advocating fiercely for our clients while guiding them through complex family transitions with care.

Requirements

• A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admittance to the IL bar and in good standing
• Experience in family law
• Excellent legal writing, research, and analytical skills
• Comfort handling client interactions
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
