We represent individuals and businesses across Texas and nationally in complex disputes involving commercial fraud, financial torts, post-judgment collections, trademark litigation, corporate governance, and real estate conflicts. Our firm is known for high-impact advocacy, creative legal strategies, and aggressive courtroom results.
We are currently seeking a litigation-focused Associate Attorney who is ready to handle meaningful responsibilities early and contribute to a fast-moving docket of civil matters in state and federal courts. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and comfortable in court and in discovery-heavy cases.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
 - Conduct depositions, hearings, and mediations
 - Prepare for and attend trials, arbitrations, and oral arguments
 - Research and analyze case law, statutes, and legal precedents
 - Work directly with clients, co-counsel, and opposing counsel
 - Manage case calendars, deadlines, and court filings in multiple jurisdictions
 
Requirements
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school
 - Active Texas bar license in good standing
 - 2–5 years of litigation experience (state or federal)
 - Excellent legal research and writing skills
 - Comfortable with complex factual and procedural issues
 - Experience in business disputes, fraud, collection litigation, or real estate law is a plus
 - Willingness to travel occasionally for depositions or hearings
 - Strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple priorities
