The Orange County and Los Angeles, California offices of FBT Gibbons are seeking a Real Estate Associate.

Qualifications
- 3–5 years of real estate experience
- Transactional experience in commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and lending
- Preferred experience in litigation related to private and public development projects, including:
- Eminent domain and inverse condemnation
- Complex title disputes
- Construction claims
- Environmental regulatory and compliance disputes
- Superior academic credentials, excellent research and writing skills
- Strong ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Compensation
The salary range for this role is $205,000 to $220,000, reflecting a variety of factors including experience, training, licensure, certifications, and organizational needs. Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, relevant experience, and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable employment laws.
Associates are also eligible for:
- Quarterly objective bonus
- Annual subjective bonus
