The Orange County and Los Angeles, California offices of Frost Brown Todd, a full-service AM Law 200 firm with more than 600 attorneys in 18 offices and 9 states plus Washington D.C. seeks an associate with 3-5 years of real estate experience to join our Real Estate Practice Group. Desired transactional experience includes commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, leasing and lending. Added experience involving litigation of matters arising out of private and public development projects, such as eminent domain and inverse condemnation, complex title disputes, construction claims, and environmental regulatory and compliance disputes preferred. Applicants must also have a strong academic record, excellent research and writing skills, and the ability to work as part of a team.
The salary range for this role accounts for the wide range of factors considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $205,000–$220,000. Actual salary will be determined based on skills, relevant experience and other-job related factors, consistent with applicable employment laws.
