Your role in our mission includes the following responsibilities:
Manage a full docket of family law cases from contract through resolution
Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and consultations
Communicate proactively with clients and provide regular status updates
Utilize case management tools to maintain performance and client satisfaction metrics
Collaborate with practice managers to improve legal strategies and client outcomes
Draft, review, and revise pleadings, discovery, and correspondence
Other duties as assigned
What you will bring to the role:
Active bar license to practice law in the State of Texas
Minimum 2-5 years of experience practicing law, preferably in family law litigation.
Willingness to appear in court and advocate for clients
Interest in mediation and client consultations
Experience with legal software such as Clio, TxDocs, and Google Suite
Proficient with drafting and/or verifying legal documents and discovery requests.
Solid case strategy planning expertise.
