Tamaki Law, one of the largest and most reputable personal injury law firms in Eastern Washington, is seeking to add an associate attorney to our team. We are undergoing tremendous growth and are looking for an associate who wants the experience of working at a high-powered and successful law firm, while enjoying the benefits of short commutes, less formal office atmosphere, reasonable home/apartment prices, and the ability to grow with the firm. Applicants must be licensed to practice in Washington, live and/or relocate to Tri-Cities, WA, have the ability to work effectively on a team and autonomously on a personal caseload, be willing to travel for case assignments, possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and have a deep passion for and commitment to advocating for the injured. Bilingual (Spanish) skills preferred, but not required.

Associate Attorney responsibilities / job duties include, but are not limited to:
- Completing delegated tasks and assignments from senior partners on high value, complex litigation cases, including mass tort cases;
- Conducting legal research and drafting pleadings, briefs, motions, memorandums, and other legal documents;
- Drafting and reviewing written discovery including e-discovery;
- Drafting, responding to, and arguing motions;
- Preparing for, taking, and defending depositions;
- Preparing for and appearing in Court, arbitrations, and mediations; and
- Efficiently communicating with clients on a regular basis.

Requirements
Applicants must be licensed to practice law in Washington state, and live and/or relocate to Tri-Cities, WA. Bilingual (Spanish) and personal injury experience preferred, but not required.
